1. Shipping Locations
We currently ship to all regions within Bangladesh. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
- Standard Delivery (Within Dhaka): 1-3 business days
- Standard Delivery (Outside Dhaka): 3-7 business days
- Please note that delivery times may vary during holidays, sales, or due to unforeseen circumstances.
3. Shipping Charges
- Within Dhaka: Flat rate of BDT 50
- Outside Dhaka: Flat rate of BDT 100
- Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on orders above BDT 2,000.
4. Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive an email notification when your order has been shipped.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this number to track your order on our website or through the courier company’s tracking system.
Returns & Refunds Policy
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags intact.
- Items such as intimate wear, hygiene products, and sale items are not eligible for returns.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Visit our Returns Page and fill out the return request form.
- Include your order number, item details, and reason for return.
- Our support team will guide you through the return process and provide you with the necessary details.
3. Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., damaged or incorrect item), we will cover the return shipping costs.
- For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
4. Refund Policy
- Refund Methods: Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment (e.g., bank transfer, mobile payment, etc.).
- Processing Time: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 business days.
- Non-Refundable Items: Certain items are not eligible for refunds, including gift cards, final sale items, and opened hygiene products.
5. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please initiate a return and place a new order for the desired item. Exchange requests are subject to product availability.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund as soon as possible. Make sure to include photos of the damaged or incorrect item in your message.
